Why this program exists

Y-Not created this program to identify high-potential people early and give them an opportunity to learn, take ownership, and create measurable business value. We are not selecting candidates only by college reputation, academic percentage, or previous experience. We are looking for people who can think, learn, communicate, and solve problems.

Who should apply

  • Recent graduates and eligible final-year students who can work full-time from the Bangalore office.
  • Candidates from engineering, business, commerce, economics, mathematics, statistics, supply chain, operations, data, or related backgrounds.
  • People who enjoy mathematics, logic, analysis, business reasoning, and practical problem solving.
  • Candidates who are open to working across functions before a final role or department is decided.
  • People who demonstrate integrity, initiative, curiosity, ownership, and a strong willingness to learn.

Previous work experience is not required. A specific college, elite degree, or perfect academic score is not required. Candidates must, however, demonstrate strong potential through the selection process.
